Pay and benefits. The Most if not one of the highest payouts in the industry. Salary, bonus, commission. Training is bar none the best..... it's not ALL about the money (even at a finance company) lol, in my experience your co-workers can really make or break a work environment, with that said its a pleasure to work with such a stellar crew....

At the time they were going through a reorganization, tensions were high. Very stressful work environment.
No new leads. CRM system is from the early 2000s.
