      -Management is sometimes inconsistent -Feedback is not always offered as immediately as desired -Not a lot of opportunity to grow (this may have changed though)

      Dear Former BT, I appreciate you taking the time to leave this review, and for recognizing the positive attitudes of our employees and training/supervision that we provide. We just released a new structure for our Behavior Therapist positions that offers new compensation rates, as well as an outline for advancement opportunities. I appreciate the suggestions- we use these to continually improve Partners to ensure it is a great place to work. Thank you, Deb Thomas
