I have observed several concerns within the organization, including low salary rates, a lack of clear career progression, limited engagement, and insufficient training. I’ve also noticed minimal leadership presence and instances of unprofessional behavior from both mid-management and executive, particularly toward staff transitioning to competitor organizations, which creates unnecessary tension. Although employees have shared recommendations to improve operations and workplace culture, however this feedbacks has consistently been overlooked.
