FRAUD COMPANY - Recensione dipendente - Recruiter presso Pathfinder Management Consulting

Pathfinder Mgmt. Consulting is a Fraud Company. It interview candidates and once candidate has joined Pathfinder, after 10 days the company pressurizes the candidate to quit from his own side. They actually hire for few days when they have huge volume of work and there own team is unable to cope up, once volume of work come down to the level to be handled by their existing team, new joiners are asked to quit. They provide "Contract job in name of Permanent job" and No "Offer Letter/formal appointment letter" is shared with new candidates, everything is verbal. In my Tenure of 10 days, I saw 6 people leaving the company but was unaware of the reason behind it.
