Very busy and demands that all employees adhere to a consistent level of professionalism at all times. The majority of employees are valued and supported to meet daily performance expectations, adherence to all Policy & Procedures and more specifically to follow all aspects of client centred Safety Plans and Behaviour Plans, to treat all individuals with respect, dignity and honesty. I see that a number of disgruntled employees feel free to disparage this company and its management, and I specifically know that four of these individuals were terminated with cause by the company, and I am also aware of what the reasons for their termination, typical response from individuals who consistently project responsibility for their behaviour unto others.
