Management is good overall but financially it was hard to sustain due to reduced rates for certain services. However I would absolutely do it again if given the choice.

A relaxed ... and sometimes fun atmosphere. Sometime they try to help employees, but it seems to be self-serving.

A relaxed atmosphere that causes knee-jerk reactions to situations. Poor communication, mediocre pay, absent management, poor organization, etc.
