Company has new management now

Work environment is good, people are friendly, free breakfast, fun office.

Well... The pay is laughably low and the lack of structure is evident. Some people did next to nothing and are beloved while other people worked hard and weren't rewarded. It seems as though the CEO thought to himself. I'm going to start a company and just wing it. Sales is a joke, they want to grow, so they just hire people and start firing the low guy/girl on the todem pole, while constantly cutting territories. I started with 15 states and when I left I had 4 and there were 9 sales people. The product is good, but it's not what the focus of the company is, so there is really no update except content. They ask you to promote products that don't exist but are on the "road map" and if you sell them and they never happen, YOU are the one who has to go back to your customer and tell them as if you made a mistake.
