The healthcare space is really hot right now and this company is making huge strides in this space. The ability to combine exciting technology with a very unique psychographic segment model provides a once in a lifetime opportunity I'm lucky to have. The press is acknowledging the companies value in this space and the employees that work here all have tremendous growth opportunities.

No cons at this time other than yes it is a startup and the pace is very fast. This however leads to learning a lot very quickly.
