It is a small company so as a developer you will have no career here,. You are guaranteed to be thrown under the bus directly to the customers with your name specifically mentioned if you touched the issue once in the past regardless if your the cause. Technology is dated, meaning that huge development efforts are made to achieve very little with scale-ability issues. Hope you like crystal reports with insane SQL. Management does not listen to developers or plan, there is no internal structure so developers have no idea what or when they are going to be working on. There are no project manager so developers have to do the entire cycle including writing the business specifications.
