Patterson has been in business for 145 years and is a stable, essential business, specializing in the distribution of dental and veterinary supplies around the U.S., Canada and the UK. Our culture is very diverse and we have such a sense of family amongst employees. Patterson is very generous in pay and PTO, as well excellent benefits and family leave time. We only work Monday through Friday as well and most fulfillment centers don't. I am so proud to work for this company whose core values include People First and they start with their employees.

In our fulfillment center there is a lot of last minute overtime required.

Managers were all good people who truly cared for their coworkers and did a good job running the warehouse. Easy job, days go quick when it is busy.

Very poor pay. The low wages led to a lot of disgruntled workers. Employees who have been there a long time typically have a very poor attitude due to lack of advancement opportunity
