Some really passionate coworkers are present and open to provide assistance and support; training opportunities are present at a minimum. Some of the services provided are equal in quality to others in the area. These services can and do save lives.

The company is for-profit and only provides emergency stabilizing care because of EMTALA, there is a concerted effort among administration to avoid hospitalizing and treatment patients who are "frequent flyers" and they can and do apply pressure to social workers and counselors to stretch beyond their capacity in time worked and effort given to someone... safely discharge these patients before it is safe and feasible. Administration provides outdated trainings created by UHS and is generally highly disconnected from the day to day work. It is a high stress and higher risk environment made worse by administration filling the day with barely legal programming hour to hour. There are some MHTs and nurses who appear burnt out emotionally and are willing to allow it to affect their work and the quality control by admin is minimal. Charting is still 100% paper and disorganized. Patients do not get the level of individualized care and therapeutic services they need and it is 100% about the company wanting to save money and 0% about the actual possibility of creating a more effective system of care.
