The employee discount, hands down, is the ONLY reason I'd work here again. 40% isn't bad...but it doesn't make up for its downfalls.

Customers peeing and defecating in our fitting rooms, without pressing charges because the company is too poor to spend the money in court costs. Feeble minded employees who do pretty much whatever they want, when they want. You get a half hour lunch but if you're management on a Sunday, WATCH OUT. You're the only one in the store and you don't really get time to eat. Register systems are old and need to be replaced badly...need bigger counter space and new nogo's as well but no one wants to spend the money. TOO much paperwork if you are a key carrier or above. Tone it down a little. Staff will let little ones run around the store until they bust their heads open on metal racks, or trip on carts. Cramped space, junk everywhere, no room to move around so we can't really be efficient. Quality of clothing is pretty rough and it sucks that you'd sell junk at a lower price to still catch a buck or two. It's dishonest and low.
