- For a small headcount and "innovative" organisation it became very bureaucratic.. not much mangerial layers but slow on decision making. - Whilst there are many very talented staff with lots of knowledge, there are a lot also in key positions that dont know how to steer the ship causing mass confusion, duplication and trivial effort at the bottom. So much people within the company with much more knowledge to share then what is confined to their roles (the company is small enough to do so) - Very good individual senior managers

Excellent benefits including great pension and healthcare.

Svantaggi

Toxic working culture, with bullying and discrimination rife. Individuals known for bullying are protected because they’re seen as beneficial to the business. Much of the senior management hold very traditional mind sets, fear and do not understand the changing financial landscape. This is the place where your career goes to die. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Slow moving mainly due to organisation type (making sure that the right decisions are reached, so this is not necessarily a negative).
