I spent just over 3 years here. When I started, there was a decent spread of skills and everyone was focused on providing the best they could. Everyone was generally friendly.

After a while, the level of skills decreased rapidly due to turnover of staff. The quality of candidates coming in were far lower than those of the people I had been working with and there was general mismanagement of the team due to internal politics. The atmosphere generally turned in to a bit of a joke within the team I was in. Nothing was taken seriously and pranks were all too common, it was far too distracting.

Great place to learn a variety engineering techniques, technologies and architectural patterns involved with creating secure, high availability , fault tolerant systems and services. Fun place to work, good culture, strong agile ethos, great place to work if you like solving problems and making a difference. There is a lot of subject matter expertise required for some roles, but the truth is, it is pretty easy to soak this stuff up as you grow in your role, opening up other opportunities within Pay360 or the wider Capita group.

Legacy systems can seems a bit daunting to work with , what common is the subject matter, once ,you figure that out, working with our different products/systems or services is easy.
