We value your feedback because it helps us improve, and we are on a continuous journey to create the best possible environment for our employees. We have just passed our one year mark as an independent company from eBay, and we did have several reorganizations during this past year as the company worked through the impacts of the split. From my perspective of the great parts about PayPal is that we are never satisfied with the status quo. We will always strive to improve, and this means we will always be innovating and changing (not necessarily reorganizing!). We are also very focused on improving communications throughout the company. I personally have seen many positive changes in this area over the past months and hope that you have started to feel the changes too.
