      Many Non-Technical people are hired in last few months who are no value addition . there are too many Program and Product managers who are just overhead and add to the middle management bureacracy

      Big company energy. Can be draining month after month. Sales as a whole can be tiring but it’s very rewarding when you get lucky, put in the hard work and hustle!
