Feedback and support could have been better still positive experience - Recensione dipendente - Internal Auditor presso PayPal

Did not provide enough time to support the progress and improvement. While I made some good improvements after respecting feedback, the management did not communicate clearly on the actual status of the progress and did not provide adequate on the spot feedback. They also did not provide any warning on the status of my employment and decision on my employement by HR and Manager was unexpected and sudden which caught me off guard.
