They changed the comp plan 5 times in one year, making it harder and harder to actually earn anything each time. Which then makes it less motivating to even try.

Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
