      Very nice company in my opinion. I feel proud to be once a part of it. But Indian employees (at least 20% of people) they play dirty politics in office. American team members have been always respectful and have a tendency to forgive but some employees at Bengaluru office they are playing dirty politics and have lobby among themselves. they bring team mates from their previous companies and make a lobby here and harass other members in the team

      Paychex is a great company to work for. I’ve held multiple roles over 20+ years. There are always ups and downs, but for every position, manager, decision I disagree with, there are ten others that are outstanding.

      It’s a large company with many opportunities to grow, but smaller companies may offer higher compensation.

      People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

      Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.
