Accelerated downhill with a brick wall at the end. Leadership lacks experience, dedication, knowledge, will, and despite spending millions on consultants, does not have any strategy. Top leadership micromanaged by PE owner like they're kids. Most of the functions are small businesses level people with nationalistic or departamental mindsets. Never managed properly. Just a playground for big boys to get their fat paychecks and survive until they can retire. Avoid at any cost.
