- Great work culture - helpful people - Good and technically sound mentors who really strive towards improving you - Nothing like what was described to me by former co-ops (seems like this unit has evolved a lot) - challenging work and cutting edge technologies, got to learn a lot technically - recognizes your good work immediately ! mentor follows up with more challenging work

- Bad lunch wise. Not many options. - better internship program & training (guessing, as I write they are already incorporating) - Would have been good if the office was in Boston

People, people, people. A great team across the board - both in and out of the office. There is a real shared commitment to doing the right thing and making customers successful - and, as a result, making the company successful. I am also impressed by how there is such a positive and supportive environment for the younger team managers. I have been given more responsibility and support than I ever thought and I have seen peers have the chance to move into new roles and even new areas of the company if interested.
