The training was very subpar, and it did not prepare you to answer most questions you'll receive on the floor. Also, I feel that recruiters were not truthful about what the job entails. This is a call center job. Back to back non stop queue calls, on top of being responsible for answering emails that come through all day. There's just no time to finish the work and you will always feel like you're drowning. The expected work load does not match the pay. This is one of the highest level of customer service there is with all your expected of, and what you're given in return is not enough. There is a very high turnover rate due to being sold falsehoods, and because it's almost impossible to keep up with the work. Then clients are frustrated when you don't know something and have to call them back, but when do you even have time for followups?? There's not enough support, as since everyone is busy you can barely get an answer to a question. The pay needs to be drastically increased for the amount of work required.
