      The culture at Paylocity is very engaging and is a key driver to the success we're having. We play as hard as we work and foster very tight-knit teams. Leadership is actively engaged everything we do...our CEO sits in on our bi-weekly product development demos and offers direct feedback to teams, which makes you feel like you're directly impacting the business. We're growing like crazy so there's tons of opportunities. I highly recommend Paylocity to anyone looking to grow their career and have fun while doing it.

      Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
