      1. Work Life balance is amazing. They work with you and let you be an adult while handling your business. 2. Management is great with NOT micromanaging and clear direction.(I came from high stress and micromanaging in a call ctr so this has been amazing) 3. Promote from within - Always hearing about different opportunities within the company.

      Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
