      Remote work was a pro and now it is being stripped from us as a way to better “collaborate “. No, it’s a way to lay us off. Terrible. This company no longer stands by the values that drew me in.

      Teammate relationships during difficult days.

      Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
