cliquey and immature support teams: never in my entire career have I heard the words "i don't know" and "it could be" so many times.. without a single follow-up or interest in the team who is responsible actually going to find out the reasons why there are issues, errors, etc.
zero follow-up: still waiting on a request for data from the Analytics team that I requested over a year ago. and that is just one of the few I haven't given up on yet. I assume I will wait forever and not one member of the team will provide any data. It's frustrating and makes it impossible for anyone to truly understand the impact of their work and where they are headed. Do better.
toby is in charge: why in the world would it be ok to put a CFO bro in the place of the CEO chair? Not a coincidence that when Steve left, the company went to complete garbage. Now there are talks of striking, unionization, and just replacing jobs overseas at a lower cost. Paylocity doesn't care about their employees.
