      Great entry level job for a great company. Extensive training and a lot of support to ensure you’re not giving wrong information. Atmosphere is laid back (except during Open Enrollment season)

      Some of the company admins you work with aren’t the greatest and it’s a shame when you see how much they make. Working with insurance brokers are the worst as well. Some of the worst humans I’ve ever encountered. As mentioned, it’s really only stressful during Open Enrollment season when there’s a black out period for vacation or time off and required overtime.
