Vantaggi

- Good benefit and perks -fix allowance - flexi hours - office facilities

Svantaggi

- alot of people resigned (include CMO and COO) as new CEO came in and micromanage the whole organisation - constant organisation change and direction unclear makes it harder for employee to perform the task. - some projects failed and try to squeeze every fibre employee here - employee club (for staff activities) will be disband by CEO - for those who apply for internal audit position, this is not the place to gain new experience. The auditees dictate the audit scope to be perform by the internal audit, which internal audit work should be independant. Furthermore weak managers finding fault only on their staff instead encourage them.

Opportunity to work with banks, payment providers, government agencies, and transport operators. Supportive colleagues and good learning environment for professionals interested in payments and digital financial services.

Vantaggi

Most of the people at working level are really nice and helpful. Colleagues are easy to work with and willing to support each other. The company is fast-paced, so you learn a lot and get exposed to many things quickly.

Svantaggi

Too many people are on contract because the company needs manpower but does not have enough permanent headcount. This makes job security and career growth quite uncertain. Contract staff also do not always get bonuses or salary increments, even when performing well, which can feel unfair. There are a lot of sudden changes and shifting priorities, which can be stressful. Higher management is not always very supportive when you need help.
