senior team all have their own agenda, every single one faking it in front of a gceo that only knows how to reorganise. nothing human about hr dept as well... they dont listen or have employee wellbeing in mind.

- alot of people resigned (include CMO and COO) as new CEO came in and micromanage the whole organisation - constant organisation change and direction unclear makes it harder for employee to perform the task. - some projects failed and try to squeeze every fibre employee here - employee club (for staff activities) will be disband by CEO - for those who apply for internal audit position, this is not the place to gain new experience. The auditees dictate the audit scope to be perform by the internal audit, which internal audit work should be independant. Furthermore weak managers finding fault only on their staff instead encourage them.
