8yThanks for sharing your feedback. We very strongly disagree with the comments you have mentioned here. The situation, comments and the number mentioned seems to be blown out of proportion. Unfortunately, we had to let go a few considering their value-add and not meeting quality standards. As a culture, we try to give them multiple opportunities but we had to take this hard stand in this case. Definitely, we are not a hire and fire company and we do not want to be defined as one.
