TLM is the sweet spot of the Ready system(Kronos based) - able to handle all complex timekeeping needs, but it is also a one stop shop for everything HCM. Easy to use custom reporting on a single system, including a real time payroll module. The system even includes expense management and FMLA/Leave management which is not included in nearly all other HCM provider's systems.

Paypro, being a reseller of the UKG Ready platform is challenging. There are many HCM solutions out there, and trying to get companies to look at what Paypro has to offer - even though it is the UKG Ready platform, can be a little frustrating. But, if you can get that first meeting with a prospect it generally ends well for all.
