5yHi, we assume you to be the same person who has given some random statement in interview section.
Please note to give appropriate and constructive review instead of spreading misleading information about women's safety and work environment in general. This is such a crucial matter. We are very much concerned about our employee's and women's safety at workplace. We have employed female workforces who have been working with us and their experience in general is not at all related as a threat to their safety inside the organization.
It is understood, each employee has their own set of experiences- whether good or bad, so if your experience didn't go well with the company, and women's safety being such a crucial matter which you are raising it now, you should have communicated to the upper management/HR team at the time of leaving the organization but you didn't do that, instead you chose some media to post these random reviews after so many years. This won't help anyone!
Glassdoor is a media to aware candidates about the company in general. We welcome both positive and negative comments from employees/ candidates and try to work upon the genuine matters. Please make sure to have concrete facts/figures/proofs when you raise such issues and dare to confront this at the time when it is required.
Thank you!
Best Regards,
HR
