You have an opportunity to work on and with some interesting equipment. The people who work there are great. Hours have some flexibility (stay later Mon. - Thurs., leave early on Fri.). Quick raises and always willing to send you to trainings.

I did not have a more senior mechanical engineer to learn from, I was the only one. I left because I felt under-utilized.
