Vantaggi

not much pressure to rush you. you get free lunch. convenient location.hires people who don't speak basic English & no experience at all.

Svantaggi

like i said no English & no experience. this company will take advantage of these innocent people so they know they won't be able speak English when they wants to ask for raise up they will hesitate. me myself i asked for raise up salary they have lot a excuses. working with emlpoyee who don't speak basic english is hard, there will confusion, argues etc...these people can't do customer service because they don't speak english so they call people who can speak better english to deal with customer's request. while we get same salary as them so don't you think its little bit unfair? supervisor management is poor. they discriminates on races, age, gender like hiring their friends or same country. giving easy position.

Vantaggi

Autonomy to do what you need to. Good pay, health insurance better than most companies. Vacation time off is fair. Trying to be one of the great places to work but CEO ignored survey results which pointed to him and he blamed others.

Svantaggi

CEO is arrogant and very self centered, selfish with no respect for those working under him CEO hires skilled people and then does not let them do their job CEO is Japanese centric, favors Japanese over all others CEO and CFO are more worried about profits over people and relationships with vendors Many good people are blamed for CEO failures through constant assignment of blame Leadership at the top always look at the glass as half empty and they try to deflect blame to cover their mistakes Owner is aware of management problems and have heard that he finally removed the CEO~congratulations! Why did it take so long, too many good people left and now young inexperienced people trying to lead and they simply are not qualified Losing stores to competitor because they have not been the leader in sushi and have gotten lazy
