Management blatantly disregards the union contract, and if someone files a grievance, they harass and intimidate the nurse. Peacehealth has no competition in Whatcom County, and they believe it give them the permission to treat employees like crap. If you want to be treated like a human, move south where more employment opportunities, and you will be treated with respect.
