Love the job, high stress level - Recensione dipendente - Patient Access Representative presso PeaceHealth

Pretty much the most stressful job I have ever had. Never any time for staff meetings so it is tough to know who is doing what. The patient access representatives are the heart of the clinic and need to be paid more. We are constantly bombarded with changes in scheduling procedures and add on jobs. A cut and dried pay scale should be put in place for the job as raises seem arbitrary.
