Stay away from CVICU in Vancouver - Recensione dipendente - ICU Registered Nurse presso PeaceHealth

Terrible management in the CVICU department. No appreciation of staff, all are over worked. they would rather pay travelers $$$ rather than staff properly. No one wants to work due to toxic staff. I have seen many new nurses come and run away due to no support. No one is friendly, back stabbing, rudeness is very common and almost encouraged, not to mention the lack of support from management. Subtle discrimination and no tolerance of differences.
