It's a compassionate, collaborative and mission-driven place. Most of the system employees have worked off-site since the pandemic started. Apparently they will be bringing some employees back on site but not sure who or when.

The pace can be too slow, and career advancement is a challenge. EVP of People and Culture just left, and other P&C leaders are new, so the strategic direction and future of the P&C teams is uncertain. A lot of leadership change can lead to confusion and frustration until things settle. Your experience as an employee is really dependent on your direct manager for now.
