Little to no input on changes to the EMR, immediate manager makes or breaks the work environment as the corporate team clearly has no idea what's happening in healthcare, or what its like to work in healthcare. Organization doesn't take employee input, or respond to concerns (safety or otherwise). Outpatient nursing is NOT union.
