This is probably the best company I worked for. The atmosphere is amazing and my co-workers both same level and upper management were really supportive and good people to work with. It's a relaxed yet professional environment where you always have an opportunity for personal development and feedback was constructive so I really learnt a lot in a short period of time. Good work/life balance.

It happens in all big companies like Pearson - there were some communication issues between departments and sometimes ideas get lost in a process. The remuneration is not amazing compared to other companies but you get to travel a lot and that sort of makes up for it if have passion for travelling.
