Look at the stock prices. Enough said. The management are not leaders and the company invests nothing in growing talent from within. They simply need warm bodies and they will work those warm bodies to death when given the chance. Everyone says the words "work life balance" but it's pretty much rhetoric when they are piling more and more on folks and basically writing checks the folks doing the work can't cash. And don't go to this company expecting to think about kids, in terms of education, as no one ever even utters the words.
