Vantaggi

Stable employment, CEO is transparent about the company's finances and future, the people that work there are generally easy-going. Pay is pretty good for the area. Good benefits. There are an incredible amount of employees that have worked there for 10, 20, or even 30 years. Business is growing and long-term outlook is extremely promising.

Svantaggi

You will be expected to work overtime often, and work on Saturday if needed. This may or may not be a problem depending on the individual and whether you are salaried or hourly (depends on the position).

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You are correct in that our business has been growing substantially over the past decade and that our future outlook is very positive. Manufacturers across the country are short in labor, requiring them to pursue automation options wherever possible, which provides new and exiting opportunities for businesses like ours and employees looking to expand their skills.

Vantaggi

- The people who end up sticking around and not getting terminated eventually feel like a close-knit group. - Get to know and work with a wide variety of people of different backgrounds and experience.

Svantaggi

- Average to below average compensation. - Business treats employees poorly and offers few opportunities for growth and development - You typically have to threaten to leave or leave for a better opportunity and then come back later on in order to receive a raise. - HR does many small things to give the appearance of caring for the employees, lunches, free samples, events, but spends least amount possible on the things that actually matter, compensation and benefits. - Poor executive and direct management - You can work with someone for years and see them leave or be terminated randomly. Seems like a common occurrence and is detrimental to morale.
