- Unethical business practices. CRO (and Founder) directed sales to hide “pass through fees” disguised as employer burden related expenses. He repeatedly stated these hidden fees should not be disclosed to customers under any circumstances. - Pebl drastically modified sales compensation plans mid fiscal year. They refused to pay reps for closed/won deals at previously agreed to (and signed) compensation rates. They also eliminated accelerated commission rates for reps that had achieved 100% of plan YTD. - CEO repeatedly stated many internal positions could be replaced/automated with AI. Laid off the majority of the customer support functions which has led to terrible customer service and support. - ELT announced layoffs during a weekly all hands call and then proceeded to crack jokes and laugh about business happenings for the remainder of the call.
