Not many other perks, unless you love ping pong, In addition, salary increases are near impossible to get, and not even annual raises are provided. - Leadership has lost touch and seem to be focused on squeezing as much out of their employees as possible. There is no work life balance, no plan for coverage when employees take "unlimited PTO" besides piling that work on your team. I was made to feel bad several times when taking a few days of vacation because it would mean my team had to cover, and we were already swamped - If you push back or give honest feedback, you will likely be punished and miss opportunities, given bad performance reviews, or terminated - Clear favoritism among a select group of employees - No transparency from leadership - Leadership frequently takes away bonuses / change the bonus structure on a whim without informing you - The lack of infrastructure/technology / foresight leads to constant "fires" and stress
