Hyper toxic environment. The company is extremely stuck in their ways making progress impossible. Any vision introduced is immediately shot down - no idea what good or great looks like. It feels like the people in charge are cosplaying “start up business”. Every single decision made at the company has to be run by a micro-managing CEO who lacks relevant experience and does not have the temperament to be listen to the experts that were hired to GSD. But don’t worry, CEO is friends with C-levels.

Verbal abuse, gaslighting, sexual harassment are all allowed under current leadership. A recording was intentionally deleted after an inappropriate conversation. It was reported and viewed by multiple c-levels and no action was taken. Leadership has been creating bad process and deep time sinks that have negative impacts. There is zero accountability across the board. If you interview, please keep in mind that you just shouldn’t.
