Islands is bit expensive. Small place, after few years life becomes boring. No reporting structure - one way which is good with a thought that people takes ownership but other side sometimes it won’t work. As peerislands grow, leadership should keep reporting structure in place. They should think about remote work option- people would happy to come back and join 😊.
