If you love being underpaid, overworked, and completely unappreciated—this job might be the perfect fit for you. The company constantly claims there’s “no money” for employee raises or proper staffing, yet somehow there’s always a budget for expensive golf tournaments, lavish dinners, and wining and dining doctors and office managers just to close a deal. Priorities are painfully clear—and employees are not one of them. Transparency is not valued here. In fact, being honest about the product’s limitations (both internally and to clients) is actively discouraged. Employees have been reprimanded simply for telling the truth. It's a culture of spin, not substance. The "unlimited PTO" is a joke. Try calling in sick or attempting to work remotely while unwell—you’ll be met with guilt, suspicion, or outright punishment. If you have a family, be prepared to act like they don’t exist. The only “family” that matters to management is the one making them money. Also, take a look at their reviews—notice how the only 5-star ratings come from Account Executives? No surprise there; they’re the only team leadership actually listens to or invests in. Need to take time off for a death in the family? Good luck. Grieving isn’t a luxury you're allowed here. It’s baffling that this company has managed to avoid lawsuits related to labor law violations and wrongful terminations. Leadership, especially at the top, seems out of touch with reality. The CEO operates as if everyone has the same wealth and resources he does—newsflash: most of us are working-class people who can’t jet off to Europe during peak seasons. The only "pro" I can think of is gaining exposure to the dental industry—but even that comes at a high personal cost. Steer clear unless you're desperate for a paycheck and don’t mind compromising your values, health, and sanity.
