Being able to help people is a true blessing. I love going to work. Also, the company *is* willing to sponsor you through the state mandated training to get your certification (as in, they'll foot the bill).

However, the *company* side of things is much, much darker. They pay only per billable hour with peers and then withhold peers from you, leaving you in poverty. Their software is atrocious. The enigmatic "care" team seemingly exist only to throw wrenches in our day-to-day operations. And the company likes to dangle some sort of non-compete clause over our heads to scare us into staying. We'll see about that.
