      The company has no internal organization with just a few people doing all the roles and no one knows the official ways of doing things in a corporate business. Currently there is no secure work future in this company.

It really is my goal to create an environment open and welcome to ideas and feedback of all kinds- sometimes even when it may not be what we expect. Our company prides itself on our provisional and non provisional patents. We also want to create an environment where those that chose to work with us feel they can learn and grow with us.

      This is an extremely progressive company open to new ideas and they are not afraid to spend money. They brought on a team of developers, Engineers, and interns to study, develop, and work on projects outside their core products and services offerings. We are all treated like adults. We are given autonomy to work on projects and we are not micro-managed.

      It is a Start-Up company so it is not yet a household name.
