Bare minimum benefit. Two self-righteous co-founders pretend to be nice but are mean at heart. They made people cry in the office quite a lot and randomly picked one person to check her work and blame her out of nowhere. The office environment is toxic. SVP is a good friend of the two founders who has unlimited privileges in the office. Some fun facts about turnover rate: co-founders have a monthly habit of firing one person.
